As a long time established and anchor business in the downtown Brampton community, its excellent reputation supersedes other venues due to its high level of service and fresh food.

Lemon Butter Herb Pasta.
A quick, delicious, and light pasta sauce with a zesty flavor! You can easily add chicken, shrimp, or your favorite veggies to personalize this basic lemon-butter sauce.
I don’t know about you, but I feel like this is the summer of cookouts.After two years of staying in our bubbles, friends are starting to throw cookouts and potlucks again. Which means I have to get my summer side dish recipes ready to whip up.
White Sauce Italian Pasta.
White Sauce Pasta is a delicious Italian pasta made with creamy white sauce (Béchamel sauce), garlic & Italian herbs seasoning. Making the best Italian restaurant style white sauce pasta with a flavor of butter-tossed garlic.
It is one of the easy recipes of pasta made with boiled pasta (used penne pasta) cooked in deliciously creamy milk-based white sauce, seasoned with butter tossed garlic and mixed Italian herbs, and garnished with freshly grated parmesan cheese. Best to serve this dish at dinner with butter tossed garlic bread and a drink.
Dessert Plating.
While slightly on the expensive side at just under $16, the dish was very hearty, had amazing flavor, and I felt was a great choice.
Other items on the menu that caught my eye included the Nirvana delight, Shepherd’s Pie, and the “Pistachio & coconut herb encrusted tofu with corn cake.” Next time, Red Lentil, next time.
Margherita Pizza.
This margherita pizza recipe is a celebration of simple, fresh ingredients! Juicy tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella cheese top a crisp, chewy crust.
I think of margherita pizza as the heartier cousin of Caprese salad, with a crisp, chewy crust supporting the delicious trio of tomatoes, basil, and fresh mozzarella.

This strawberry and blueberry layer cake has soft and pillow like almond cake layers, with a delicious strawberry and blueberry compote, all covered by a vanilla buttercream. A perfect summer cake.

This decadent lobster mac and cheese has it all: A generous amount of lobster meat and a rich, three-cheese sauce made with fontina, Gruyère, and mascarpone are mixed with pasta, and baked under a crunchy topping of panko and Parmesan.
The cheese sauce has a secret flavor booster. The shells are separated from the meat and cooked with aromatics, wine, milk, and cream, infusing the sauce with a surprising depth of lobster flavor.
Beth's Easy Moules Frites.
Most people think of Moules Frites as a summer treat to enjoy, but really mussels are best served October through March since that's when they are in season and you can typically find them readily available at your fish counter.
Mussels are best purchased the day you plan to serve them. As soon as you get home from the market, is the best time to clean them. Mussels are living when you buy them and most often when you buy mussels, they will be put in a plastic bag.
